With ten games perhaps it's from a Euro or World cup qualifiers table.. The only time Wales won four recently was in euro 2004 qualifiers but we only played 8 games.. Norway winning 4 also sounds dubious ;) plus there's no points total.
So applying a little Geir-like logic, is it perhaps Norway's home, away or all time record against Wales ?
Nice little deductive logic there, it was the all-time stats of Norway against Wales as you guessed.
BTW, we also won 4 during 2004 qualifiers and were knocked out in play-offs like you.
